People I met in JiaXian would definitely be the greatest memory I can take it with me in my entire life.
She is one of our hosts, 張琪(Chi Chang).
She is really a modern superwoman who definitely deserves respect from people.
During the long stay, we followed her to serve the community since she is the chairwoman of Datian community developing center.
I am really impressed by her hard working, patience, and truly affection for the local people.
She works nonstop and keeps thinking about how to make the community better.
She even promotes a plan of connecting different communities in JiaXian together.
Not only does she devote herself in the developing of Datian community, but she is also in an urgent wish of uniting the JiaXian district.
Solute to Madam Chang, I see with my bare eyes that woman really can be an amazing model!
He is another host, Jingo Chang.
He is both a director of the center and Chairwoman's assistant and driver.
Big and humorous though he is, he is considerate enough to take care of people around him, especially the chairwoman.
In my opinion, he and the chairwoman cooperate so well that JiaXian can become better and better.
They are the elders in JiaXian.
My partner and I spend most of the time with the elders in JiaXian and it was such a lovely time.
We practiced dancing and playing drums, enjoyed singing, took class together, and introduced them my partners’ country, Vietnam.
The best lesson I have learned from the elders in JiaXian is that they are really content with their life.
Seeing them smile and be grateful, I gradually learn how to think in their way.
It seems that it is the sound elder welfare and rich activities in the center that make them feel happy.
They are the residents here in JiaXian.
The residents are really hospitable and warm.
Wherever we go in JiaXian, we can always bump into residents who happily greet us and invite us to have a seat, chat, and even drink tea in their houses.
That is a beautiful scene that we cannot see in the urban areas.
People here in JiaXian make me feel like home here!
People I met can really remind me of one of my favorite lyrics:”These people raised me."
Sometimes it is the lesson we learn from all kinds of people that help us become who we are now.
Last but not least, I can't be more grateful to the people I met in JiaXian.
