....an unofficial tour around Nanao.
On a lovely Friday morning, A Jiang Ge took us around the town in Nanao for a day, it was because of we were telling him we want to find some breakfast shop around, so he decided to give us a small tour around.
The “Unofficial tour”, as A Jiang Ge called it, started from early morning, we started walking from our place, Nanao Natural Farm and head to the town. While we walking around, A Jiang Ge continues to introduce and telling us about the information and history of the places that we walked by.
We also stopped by some shops to buy cooking ingredients for the day, this also help us know where and how to go buy food or ingredient next time by ourselves.
And to the main point of the morning, breakfast. We went to a old traditional Taiwan breakfast shop and had a nice simple dish for each of us, for me, I chose a warm noodle soup.
After our breakfast, we headed back to the home stay and stopped by a bridge in the middle of the town to take pictures together with symbol of the town, the aboriginal living in Nanao.
Because A Jiang Ge is a farmer, so he keep telling us about trees or grasses or herbs when he passed by one.
Dive under the cool water and jump from a lovely waterfall... a best part of day.
After returning to the farm, had lunch and take a rest, we started to go to the JinYue waterfall. JinYue waterfall is a small beautiful waterfall in Nanao, which only took us about 15 minutes driving.
The waterfall has many floors of ponds that can be able to swim and very beautiful. It's quite difficult to go to the waterfall but all you need is a local guide and a little bit careful, you will be able to receive the best result.
We were all really enjoy the waterfall and swimming in the cool water. I even jumped from the waterfall and it was awesome.
We called it a day after the trip to the waterfall, everybody was very happy and satisfied. I myself really love the waterfall so that i will definitely come back again one day.
Check out my short clip of one day in Nanao. Enjoy and thanks for reading.
